The film Gaza-Strophe (Catastrophe means Nakba) was done just "the day after". After the killings "in camera", closed, some people could come in Gaza. Like Samir Abdallah, one of this documentary film-maker explains, it's a work still in progress, made of different scenes. Here is Poetry and strawberries...

We come back with images of Gaza, Palestine, this country which looks more and more like a metaphore. We entered in Gaza, the day after the last war and we discovered with our friends from http://www.pchrgaza.org/ the scale of the "gaza-strophe". Testimonies of dozens of witnesses of this israeli war against Gaza, made us enter in the palestinian nightmare. Still, our friends of Gaza offered us poetry, songs and even "Nokta" (little short stories full of fun or insight)

"Nous rapportons ces images de Gaza, Palestine, ce pays qui ressemble de plus en plus à une métaphore.Nous sommes rentrés dans Gaza au lendemain de la dernière guerre et découvrons, avec nos amis délégués palestiniens des droits de l'homme, l'étendue de la « gaza-strophe ». Les récits de dizaines de témoins de la guerre israélienne contre Gaza, nous font entrer dans le cauchemar palestinien.
