Palestine is bleeding silently

This is the story of a wound
A bullet wound
Of a bleeding, occuring drop by drop
like some never ending torture

This is the body of Wael and his land, his trees, his life. His blood. His wound. His father and his people's wound. This is the story of Wael. A young Palestinian. So young he wouldn't be entitled to drink booze in the States or drive a car in Europe or look at some films in need of adult consent. Sorry for the trivia...
Note, if he was a daddy of 40 it would be the same injustice.
And one could even mention that if he was 80, it would even be more terrible to think of the decades of sorrow he would have witnessed before this bullet.
So. Let's come back to Wael, who is just now in surgery, if my sources are right.

THIS IS THE INFO
"Settlers shot and wounded a boy of 18 whilst he was farming on his father’s land at 1400hrs today, in the village of Jaloud, south-west of Nablus. Wael Mahmoud Tobase Ayad was planting trees together with his brother. As they were finishing, three settlers from a nearby illegal settlement, armed with handguns and a rifle, appeared from amongst some trees between 50 – 100m away. One of the settlers shot and wounded him in his right side with a hand gun.
He is now in Rafidia hospital in Nablus, where he is due to have an operation to remove the bullet tomorrow." (...)

As you can read on this article it's not the first time this kind of things happen.
Wael's father was shot at by settlers in 2002.
Some weeks ago, a youngster was KILLED by settlers in another area

If the presence of Settlers is a WAR crime in itself and a direct violation of the essence of the Fourth Geneva Convention meant to prevent ethnic cleansing, transfers, deportations, displacement of people, harassement of a local population put under pressure by an Occupying Power changing the human tissue of a place, what is the word one can use to call this sort of disgusting agression, crime ?

This boy's story is unique as each life is unique,
but is in the same time symptomatic of everything that happens, daily, to Palestinians !! And in silence. Until they freak out - and then, you hear about them.

So some settler think he can hit and run ? Try to kill and get away with murder ? Hide behind Kafkaland's logic

Do you know where Jaloud / Jalud is ??

Here is Jaloud/Jalud . South-East of Nablus's district

Encircled by an israeli controlled Road, like a boa meant to strangle them
The blue spots are the settlements (illegal and should not be seen. Like spots on a school paper)
Note the "Outpost" : euphemism meaning : "SOON YOUR NEW SETTLEMENT HERE. BARGAIN price : Just some people to cleanse, and some bullets "
Note the red dots : Military Bases (you know, they have to ... erm ... what was the word ??? Oh yes, <<>> themselves IN MIDDLE OF WEST BANK. Suuuurrrrre. Yeah

It's a scandal.

DO YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT OCCUPATION MEANS ?
Creepy presence everywhere, encircling simple villagers ?

Well Now you know, where Jaloud/Jalud is
And can visualize a little bit better the absurdity of arrogant thugs talking about defending themselves.

Dedicated to Wael, in place of chocolates or flowers one could bring in Hospital
