World is changing

"If Law is a ship, Truth is the Ocean"
said the poet, Yunus Emre...
If Truth is the Ocean,
Justice is on board of a strange Ship.
The captain and stewards of this Ship are dangerous fools ...
.
.
.
"World" is changing
World has changed some coordinates, sure,
but it takes time to change the direction of such a gigantic ship
for such a long time in such a wrong road
and with such a force of inertia ...

.But there's no other way

There's no other way

Terrorist, knifeman, VICTIM

Film stop of an amateur video presented by Al-Jazeera English

Some days ago, I received from the friends's buzz a link to this video upside ... I didn't believe my eyes. It's about a man who was shot, if you see the marks on the crime scene you can count 7 shots. And while he was more or less dying or falling down - it's unclear - you see a car coming, running over him, and then (you can see the white lights on the image upside) reverse gear and run again over him, a second time.

I know that Palestinians tend to be accurate, and report honestly what happens, so I went, of course, immediately see what they said about this horrible event.

http://www.maannews.net/eng/ViewDetails.aspx?ID=243887

The more so as, following daily what happens there I remembered having read about this affair... not only on palestinian, arab or other sources some love to dismiss, but on Israeli's sources too as I love to have the more complete picture I can find.

Here in this screen print of Israel's Army reporting the incident you can read : "A Palestinian terrorist attacked two people at a gas station at the enterance to Kiryat Arba lightly wounding them. A soldier in the area opened fire severely wounding the attacker. IDF forces are scanning the area and investigating the incident"

image : print-screen of IDF - news dated 26 November 2009

You know, when seing something like this, one can just cry. In all the senses. If Israeli Occupying Force didn't give all the elements, it noted, at least that the "Terrorist" was critically wounded, that the 2 persons, man and woman, were lightly wounded.

So how can anyone explain that people living in a country in peace, may be hateful to the point to resume the fact a man could run over a wounded man, not ONCE but changing gear, run over him a second time in this terrible way...
How can one title : "Knifeman run over by enraged victim"
Who is the first victim in all this ?
Who was run over not Once, not Twice, but 3 THREE times... the first being the fact there are Israeli settlers in Hebron, which is, and still remains : OCCUPIED PALESTINIAN TERRITORIES.
If settlers often and generally tend to be hateful ultra luntics installed in West Bank as pawn of a policy of ethnic cleansing of Palestinians, "the Jewish settlers of Hebron are fanatic extremists even by Israeli standards." These are the words, apparently UNREAD, of a man who grew up in Israel : Ran HaCohen,. He explained too : "They regularly ransack Palestinian shops, cut electricity lines and water pipes, wreck cars, and attack schoolchildren"
I say that these words of 2003 (!) must have been unread, to find people making such shameful titles, disgusting resumés, hateful biased and incomplete version tending to ... what ? "Excuse", "Justify" this sort of monstruous act, premeditated abject act. It's not like on the spur... It's cold-blooded agression.
I suppose these people ignore Images too, reports, of the sort of ... settlers, simple Palestinians, encounter. If the woman, saying "whore, whore, you are a whore" to a Palestinian, is behind a cage, it's because Palestinians in this place HAVE TO PUT CAGES AROUND THEM TO PROTECT THEMSELVES OF this kind of adorable woman full of feminity and sweetness :

film-stop of a report of B'Tselem

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUXSFsJV084

film stop of the video you can see here :
Even when you are just 6 years old, Palestinian, settlers represent a daily danger, a life threat to any Palestinian, even to go to school. If Ehud Barak called these extremists a real cancer, (in this video) fact is that Israel's governement pactised with them, with Liebermann, and just some days ago .....

"Seeking to calm the settlers, Mr. Netanyahu emphasized Tuesday that the 10-month freeze is a one-time measure that won't be extended."We will resume building at the end of the freeze," he said in a speech, referring to the settlers as "our brothers and sisters" and "an integral part of our people." (Source Wall Street Journal - 2 dec.09)

And when you are a simple farmer, trying to harvest YOUR trees, YOUR soil, even being an elder woman, you may be beaten even on your face, and have a broken arm....
film-stop of ... oh ... wow ... it made it to BBC,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFvMZTnr37s
Wow, you see B'Tselem, ISRAELI center of Human Rights, Israeli Politicians, BBC even, Know that Palestinians are living a terrible danger in the presence of these settlers, enraged people !
so it should NOT be totally unknown ...

So some of us, simply ask :

Who is the victim ?
Who is the terrorist ?

Last but not least :

To people who love to search for reasons, to answer to "why" - I am one of them too, yes - can't just resume the story like this :
WHY did the Palestinian man freak out^, if he did ?
Why had he a knife on himself ?
Why did he take the risk to get "crazy" sort of, in stabbing people, in a place full of militaries ?
Yeah, guys, let's play who get's mad, and why and if some gets mad. BUT IN ALL SENSES. OK ?
Or use your press card to take off the shit of pigeons on your car's window. Vu ?

On which planet are we ? Tell me !

Where is the Zahtar, where are the olivetrees ?

Where is the world, so proud it CAN send humans on the moon ?

How Can people see this beautiful place transformed in lunar soil ?

How can people watch these canned killings ?

How can this happen ?

Why aren't they all surrounded by the colours of the rainbow ?

Simple gestures among Foly

Seing the gas canister too near a friend unable to run,
Putting a plastic bag around his head, like a gaz mask,
he runs and throw the caz canister away

It was this Friday

In Bilin (Bil'in) little village of Palestine

Palestinian Occupied Territories

Like every Friday, villagers, their Israeli friends and friends from the International Community went to the place where, in middle of what used to be their olivetrees'hill, the Wall of Apartheid is standing in the form of a barrier. For the time being, as barriers tend to become enormous concrete walls.

What's concrete, like every day, and Friday, is the shootings of the Israeli Occupying Forces. They shoot and shoot, they even kill, sometimes, harm, wound, and fill the lungs of these simple people who week after week demonstrate pacifically, and totally unarmed.

Sometimes, when one might just feel a bit desperate in front of this unhumanity replayed, again and again, under different forms, wondering why things don't budge for the better, watching from a distance, through a video posted, Here, suddenly, you just dream of a Time Stop. Because what you see is just like a proof that Beauty, Humanity, to Care, to Protect, to Feel will prevail. No matter what... This spirit will win.

No need of teargas canister to feel teary,
watching them on their country this wall tears apart
it's concrete tears of tenderness and respect that makes blurry eyes

"Gaza-Strophe" : Poetry and Strawberries

http://www.dailymotion.com/cinemeteque

The film Gaza-Strophe (Catastrophe means Nakba) was done just "the day after". After the killings "in camera", closed, some people could come in Gaza. Like Samir Abdallah, one of this documentary film-maker explains, it's a work still in progress, made of different scenes. Here is Poetry and strawberries...

A beautiful part of a moving documentary-film made by Samir Abdallah and Kheridine Mabrouk
Note that these parts have been subtitled in french, english, italian ...

We come back with images of Gaza, Palestine, this country which looks more and more like a metaphore. We entered in Gaza, the day after the last war and we discovered with our friends from http://www.pchrgaza.org/ the scale of the "gaza-strophe". Testimonies of dozens of witnesses of this israeli war against Gaza, made us enter in the palestinian nightmare. Still, our friends of Gaza offered us poetry, songs and even "Nokta" (little short stories full of fun or insight)
(Please note that the translation from french to english is mine and doesn't engage the realisators of this film)

For two eyes, between stone and wall in Ni'lin

The photographer of the demos of Ni'lin Village and all their different activities, Ahmad, is the Youth coordinator of Ni’lin youth Center, writes news reports in arabic and english and works as a volounter of the Red Crescent. He has a blog where you can discover more of his photos and different creations as he uses his computer for creating all sort of presentation material.

Every week, you can see his work, and a lot of his photos are simply inspiring ...
like this one...

"For two hands, of stone and of thyme ..."

Between the fumes of gas canisters and other toxic sort of things poured upon these young people unarmed but with simple stones, I don't suppose you can smell the logical odour one could have the pleasure to enjoy... while sitting under the olivetree, behind, nearly dead and struggling for life like them...

But if ... if you could sit down, there
because you want to stand up, near them
if criquets would sing,
Seing this image,
the little branches behind ...
the words of the poet would arise, too, in the air ...
No need of ryhme
Just Thyme
Za'tar
Some art ...

..."For two hands, of stone and of thyme
I dedicate this song.. For Ahmad, forgotten between two butterflies" ...

JERUSALEM — Israel on Tuesday razed five Palestinian houses in occupied east Jerusalem, defying international calls to halt the demolitions in the disputed city, the municipality said. (Source : AFP - 10/27/2009)

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Wednesday blasted Israel's plans to demolish Palestinian homes in East Jerusalem as a violation of its international obligations and "unhelpful" to Middle East peace efforts. "Clearly this kind of activity is unhelpful and not in keeping with the obligations entered into under the 'road map'," Clinton said, referring to the long-stalled peace plan.

Sources : Haaretz : 03/04/2009 &

ICAHD estimates that 24,145 houses have been demolished in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and Gaza since 1967. Please click on the appropriate language to see our latest analysis of demolished homes

ETHNIC CLEANSING OF PALESTINE
IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY.
<<>

And since that ethnic cleansing was successfully implemented in almost 80% of Palestine without any global or regional repercussions - the ethnic cleansing policy continues ever since 1967 in the remaining 20% of the country. Creating a Jewish state in historical Palestine cleansed of Palestinians is still the ideolgoical infrastructure on which the state of Israel is based. How to achieve this goal is a divisive issue between Left Zionists - hoping to negotiate a settlement that would leave a small number of Palestinains in a greater Israel and the Right Zionsts willing to implement a more direct cleasning policy from the same area even today.
The book uses the accepted scholarly definition of Ethnic Cleansing to show its academic as well legal applicability to the case of Palestine and argues that since in the eyes of the world - including the State Department and the UN - ethnic cleansing is a crime against humanity, this how we should view the Israeli actions in the past and ISrael’s policies in the present.>>

Le patrimoine mondial nous appartient à tous

The world heritage belongs to all of us.

What's the common point between the Great Barrier Reef, Malpelo in Columbia or Halong Bay ... to make a long story short, the beauties Nature gave us, and old stones, ordered here and there to form a pyramid, some sanctuary, or place to pray...

You may note them, and shout big cries if they are in danger. You may protect them. Like songs. Like Images. Oh, yeah, by the way, I stole the image from a teachers's site. It's material. Info. No harm meant, sorry...

Yes. How beautiful and nice all this, is.

(scroll down for english, it's in french and english)

http://whc.unesco.org/fr/list

The World Heritage List includes 890 properties forming part of the cultural and natural heritage which the World Heritage Committee considers as having outstanding universal value. These include 689 cultural , 176 natural and 25 mixed properties. 186 States Parties have ratified the World Heritage Convention

http://whc.unesco.org/en/list

It's a good score. Even if it's a little bit less than the Geneva Conventions. (the number of State Parties is 194, "which make the Geneva Conventions universaly applicable")

"The World Heritage is reminder of the Past that we may enjoy in the present and that we'll transmit to the generations to come" (extract from the text of the World Heritage Convention of 1972)

Photo : film stop du reportage d'Al-Jazeera English

Waw. It's crazy

I'm looking at this image of palestinian kids, and wonder. What is a child ?

Reminder of the past (eyes of a grandad, who knows), smile to enjoy in the present ...

I think that children are our WORLD HERITAGE and that they belong to all of us, above their parents, the society where these parents live, the country, governement or continent.

So, why don't we protect this beautiful World Heritage ?

Why don't we protect the palestinian children ?

Me, I call these beautiful little faces wonder of the world. And you know what ? They are even more fragile than any precious wonder, their heart is as tiny as a trembling bird.

Being Heartless or lacking common Respect, sense of decency is one thing. You can put this on education. Putting the lifes of innocent people, decent and brilliant minds, simple people trying simply to be heard, and do more than survive... live, just Live ! ... is simply an awfull shame.

It's so criminal not to be conscious of some tramping on human rights, on humans, on humanity.

Muhammad al-Durrah, little icon, was 12 a simple child, just a little boy, his mother, father, siblings are still hurting, and hurt, when his life is dismissed, tramped as others make caricatures which doesn't shock ...
Mohammed Omer, journalist known and respected as a sensible voice, read him, he's an example of honest reporting, arrested when he came back from a trip trying to open our eyes (see older posts)
Muhammad Srour, eye witness at the "UN Fact Finding Mission on Gaza", was arrested on his way back from Geneva. Look at the video where he gave his testimony. In company of a decent young man, an Israeli as these people, in Ni'lin or else often fight together.

And Now, Mohammad Othman, pacific activist, was just arrested 22nd September 2009 !

Like Omer's beating or Srour’s arrest it was a clear act of reprisal for speaking out, and loud, and being heard, about Israeli violations of international law

How long are we going to admit this situation ?

The moment a Voice is heard, they harm, torture or kill the Voice.

IMUPUNITY SERVES IMPUNITY !!

>>Israeli occupation forces detained Mohammad Othman on the 22nd of September, 2009. Mohammad was detained while trying to return to the West Bank over the border from Jordan. Mohammad has spent the summer touring Europe, and was returning from his latest trip to Norway.

Mohammad is 33 years old, and has dedicated the past ten years of his life to human rights causes, particularily the non-violent struggle against the Apartheid Wall in the West Bank. Mohammad is from the village of Jayyous in the occupied West Bank, and the village has lost most of its privately owned land due to the Apartheid Wall.

The land is now confiscated by Israeli settlements, which are deemed illegal under international law. Mohammad has an extensive network in the international solidarity movement, and plays an important role as the youth co-ordinator for the non-violent Palestinian Stop the Wall campaign.

Mohammad has dedicated his life to tell the world about the war crimes and crimes against humanity that is being conducted by the Israeli Occupation Forces in the West Bank.

Dear ...

I am writing to you to express my deepest concern about the detainment of Mohammad Othman on, September 22, at the border between Jordan and the West Bank. He was returning home after a visit in Norway.

I fear that the detainment of Mohammad Othman is a result of his peaceful criticism of violations of international law by Israeli authorities. The charges against him have not been made clear, but there is reason to believe that he is a prisoner of conscience, arrested solely for his human rights work through legal organizations.

I ask you to take all appropriate measures, including official inquiries and protests, to ensure Mohammad’s immediate and unconditional release. Furthermore, whilst being held, he should be protected from any form of torture or ill-treatment, and the conditions of his detention should fulfill the requirements of international law. Thank you for your prompt attention to this urgent matter.

Sincerely

Notes :

Administrative detention is like "the Process" of Kafka. It's the world of arbitrary, foly.

"Administrative detention is detention without charge or trial and is often based on ‘secret evidence’. Israeli Military Order 1591 empowers military commanders to detain Palestinians, including children as young as 12, for up to six months if they have ‘reasonable grounds to presume that the security of the area or public security require the detention’. The initial six month period can be extended by additional six-month periods indefinitely. This procedure denies the detainee the right to a fair trial and the ability to adequately challenge the basis of his or her detention. There are currently at least 387 Palestinian men, women and children in administrative detention. For more information visit the DCI-Palestine website at Freedom Now."

The site is basically intended for younger, but the "concept" is the same... UBU land.

Palestinians are people living under the control of an enemy. According to the Fourth Geneva Conventions, protecting civilians in occupied territories, Palestinians should be PROTECTED... by what is called "Protective Powers" .

Strange day...

It began with a little film where I watched Ahmadinejad talk about restructuring UN
He's right

And it closes with Obama, saying : "Those who used to chastise America for acting alone in the world cannot now stand by and wait for America to solve the world's problems alone."
He's right

"Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility."

"A world in which international demands are ignored will leave us all less safe,"

He's very right

Obama quoted President Franklin D. Roosevelt, saying, "The structure of world peace cannot be the work of one man ... or one nation," but must be "the cooperative effort of the whole world "

Yes. I even think that United Nations, was meant to be a sort of Machine to oil relations, and not seize up the wheels of it. It was sa "raison d'être" if I remember correctly.

I don't care about apologizes.

All in all they represent a sort of "repentance" or a feeling I don't really believe in, like, oh yeah, I was bad, Hum, well let's say one Pater Noster, 2 Ave Maria, and then let's feel clean. Redemption seems so easy for some... I don't care about any apologize for the terrible state the world is in.

Nothing, Nothing will repare the people broken beyond repair, the sadness, the absolute horror we saw all these years, decades...

HOW I dream of a real common way to deal with what needs to be talked about. I mean if we believe in Politics as a way of to prevent horrors to happen, again, and again. United Nations could easily become a better place... not in destroying all the picture, deleting it, but simply in taking out one layer that works like saturation of colors : I mean, ONE COLOR ... STOP the VETO. US colored enough the world. We all agree. Too much is too much.

Let's work all together

As equals

No more VETO no more coloring of the world to some colors, ignoring others...

They seem well for people starving

From Terezin to Gaza, some people never will learn.

Image : printscreen of "The Palestine Telegraph", link below :

http://www.paltelegraph.com/palestine/gaza-strip/2043-ramadan-in-gaza-fasting-is-an-old-fashion

My problem is simple : Under a video about images taken from markets of Gaza, in this Ramadan time you can see comments that are of the same texture of neo-nazis negating the suffering of Jewish People during the Shoah. And it shocks me awfully to be a witness of this pest of the mind, blatant, as brownish as in the past, but now clearly against everything Muslim.

The situation is clear and simple, the testimonies numerous, the images, the facts are crystal night like clear : there is something absolutely wrong going wrong, monstruous even.

GAZA CITY, 23 August 2009 (IRIN) - A new UN report describes the devastating humanitarian impact of two years of Israels unprecedented blockade on all border crossings in and out of the Gaza Strip. Released in August by the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Jerusalem, the report details the rapid deterioration of livelihoods, food security, education, health, shelter, energy and water and sanitation inside Gaza.
http://www.irinnews.org/

So under this hateful way to see and comment the video, like jealous from peanuts Palestinians may find to eat, jealous of little lamps for candlelight (electricity is cut) I asked things like :

I wonder when people will stop hiding behind fake and wrong loyalties.
I think that if everybody was first of all loyal to the fact they are HUMAN BEINGS The world would be a better place.
People must loyal above all to humanism which in my definition is a feeling that can reunite everybody around words like Truth, Justice, Respect for all.Nobody must be afraid of Truth because if you believe in God (or G... with all my respect to you) you can't ignore that He (...) Knows
I want Justice in this Life. Now. I don't want people to wait for what ? Their death ?

I was answered this :

Zombie toking to be Humans.Islamonazi toking about Truth, Justice, Respect for all.You are ridiculous.

and then I was blocked. Some people are afraid of Truth.

I think it's funny, in a way, to have become an "Islamonazi". It makes me laugh. Really. I mean, yeah, it's really funny. FACTS are FACTS !

Comments from people who apparently never heard from Terezin, Maurice Rossel
http://www.cndp.fr/tice/teledoc/mire/mire_prisonnier.htm

People who should be reading, studying, learning what life ... and death is about.

People I despise so much I simply could sit and cry, reading their comments.
But of course, they've been taught another way to learn and take from history.
Didn't they read history ? Don't they know it's exactly the type of discourse that was used by nazis, frontist, extrem-rightist ? It's frightening.
__________________________________________________________

"One single Muhammad moves us more than the countless others who suffered just as she did but whose faces have remained in the shadows. Perhaps it is better that way; if we were capable of taking in all the suffering of all those people, we would not be able to live."
Said Primo Levi

Ups, sorry. Yes, he talked about Anne Franck. Imagine saying Anne Franck is a fake.
Imagine trashing her, like the idiotic and murderous comment of a man who says Palestinians are generally out of Car Âccidents.
I
magine trashing one little icon, younger, even than Anne. Little boy crying, dying while going on an errand with his dad. Well, yes ... he was buying a Car. But still, it's NO car accident.

Imagine animals tearing apart this litte icon, among so many. Comme des charognes, you know. So many others. It's so pointless, that it's just pure meanness. 1500 children died in less than 10 years. One every 2 days... what ? Discuss what ? Suffering ?

1 child
100, 1000, 1 million... what's the point
Horror is or isn't

Why do people play this game with quantity instead of "quality", I mean "essence" of the problem ?

Some people say that Anne Franck didn't die of this but that, not at this date but at that date, about her father taking the pen, or else ? Isn't it shameful ? What is this kind of hateful controversy ?
In the name of what ?

What's the point of this ? I read her book 13 times when I was her age.
I hope that even without her, I would have realized the horror. That's all.

I still can't accept that for so few days she could die.
That's all.
That's all the point

My point ?
I know about Terezin.
I will never take the risk to let anybody die and always stand up against this kind of comment :

They seem ok for people "starving", suffering from "genocide" ... "
Source : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z3B_OIqv0A0

In the name of Humanity, Humanism, and ... yes, In the name of them, not forgotten :

Imagine this comment under, I don't know, Ha, this photo of "Women survivors in Bergen-Belsen concentration camp peel potatoes."
http://isurvived.org/Frameset4References/-Holocaust-pictures.html

It would be shocking, shameful, heartless. No ?
Imagine !
I even can't. It's not in my Education.
I even don't want to use the image on my blog !
What's the point ?

Some people are just an insult to their own memory. To instruction and education.

And the drama is not even this, but the fact that in doing so, they take the horrible, unhuman risk to let a 2009 little girl in danger. You know, the little one in Holland, giving her testimony for the Hague about the Crimes of 2008-2009.

Do you know what Israel does to people who give their testimonies ?

There is only one thing true in the sort of attack I received : Yes, sometimes I feel like a zombie, in middle of deads I didn't forget, and crying for people I don't want to die... simply bringing food on the market.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZxyD931dEQ

3:55 There is a possibility That he died from a Car Accident ...Says the hysteric man insulting A whole Nation calling them "Pallywood"A Car Accident ?!??He ? The Palestinian who disappeared, and then was returned in the night, with his beloved chest cut from an illegal autopsy, "There is a possibility he was in a car accident"Sorry, if the matter was not so sad, it would be comic sketch

Why is he so afraid that some real inquiry is made ?Doesn't he know that it's a RIGHT written black on White ? At the request of a Party to the conflict, an enquiry shall be instituted, in a manner to be decided between the interested Parties, concerning any alleged violation of the Convention (Art. 149 of the Fourth Geneva Conventions).Thank you Bostrom for having done what the PROTECTIVE POWERS should have done : asking that Palestinians aren't left alone at the mercy of a violent force.

Palestinians are people under the control of an enemy force, they live under occupation, under the law of checkpoints, controls... When a country is not correct with its own population, Outsiders may say it's not right, but the country may tell you to shut up.In the palestinian case, as Israel is representing an Occupying Force and illegally doing a lot of things, it has to Answer to Any Question that may be asked.

And it should not be, even, Journalists who must do this job, as they are either threatened, harmed, tortured or killed ! See this cameraman shooted at just for SHOWING images so they won't insult you as Pallywood ! It Should BE the work of every decent country to ask for answers ! Last Operation ? Palestinians died because of wrong numbers of phone !Here ? Because of problems with their cars !I think these Holy Wood destroyers and horror film makers should find a better script !

Vraiment glauques.

I swear to God, since I was 7 years old ....
